Terms of Use

1. Sponsorship Customization

Each sponsorship package includes customization of marketing materials to feature the sponsor's approved business name, logo, city, and state (or dedication in memory of a loved one if requested).

Customization work may take up to two (2) hours to complete after sponsorship payment is processed.

2. Completion Notification

Once customization is complete, the sponsor will receive a notification email containing preview materials for review.

3. Sponsor Approval Process

The sponsor will have an opportunity to review the customized materials.

The sponsor may:

Approve the customization as final; or request reasonable edits or changes to the customization.

4. Revision Policy

Sponsors are allowed one round of revisions at no additional charge.

Requests for additional revisions beyond the first round may incur an additional service fee, depending on the scope of changes requested.

5. Finalization

Upon final approval, the customized materials will be scheduled for publication according to the agreed promotional calendar. Once approved, no further changes may be made unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

6. Sponsor Responsibility

Sponsors must provide all necessary assets (logos, branding information, or dedication details) in a timely manner to avoid delays in the customization and publishing process.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of customization work and digital distribution, all sponsorship payments are non-refundable once customization begins.
